Brazilian aircraft charter marketplace Flapper has announced the acquisition of RBAC 135-certified operator Black Taxi Aéreo (Belo Horizonte Tancredo Neves). The all-cash deal includes the launch of a new fractional ownership programme, Jet Society, alongside the integration of Black Aviação’s infrastructure and fleet, which is set to expand with additional aircraft, including a first Gulfstream Aerospace jet.
