Vietnamese start-up Sun Phu Quoc Airlines has received a Ministry of Construction-issued business licence for air transport operation and maintains that it will start operations in the last quarter of 2025 using A320 Family aircraft, according to a June 13 Facebook post by the airline’s promoters, Sun Group, a real estate and hospitality company.

“The airline will operate narrowbody aircraft such as the Airbus A320/A321, including the A321neo,” the post reads.
