Global Air Charters (GJE, Teterboro) and United Arab Emirates-based charter broker Mayfair Jets have signed a joint venture agreement including a block-hour, year-long commitment initially for a single aircraft from the American operator’s fleet.

The two companies began working on the JV in January 2024 taking around four months to implement. It includes an option to add a second airframe within 60 days of signing.
