DV Aviation, a Part 91 aircraft management specialist, has acquired Basin Aviation (Midland Airpark), a Texas-based Part 135 and fixed-base operator (FBO).

In a social media announcement, DV Aviation said the acquisition expanded the company’s presence in West Texas, enabling it to offer both charter and FBO services at Midland Airpark. Basin Aviation’s Part 135 fleet comprises a Learjet 45XR, a Learjet 75, and two King Air B200s.
