Amerijet International (M6, Miami International) has completed a successful financial and operational restructuring which included a USD55 million capital infusion, the return to lessors of six B757-200(PCF)s, modifications to its go-forward obligations on its B767-200(F) and B767-300F fleets, and a non-pilot headcount reduction.
