Abra Group has notified Spain’s securities regulator (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia – CNMC) of its proposed acquisition of charter specialist Wamos Air (EB, Madrid Barajas), starting the clock on the first phase of an inquiry the government agency is making into the operation.
