SkyUp MT (U5, Malta International) is set to bolster its capacity over the Winter 2024 and Summer 2025 seasons by wet-leasing in two A321-200s, enabling it to further expand its operations from its Hurghada, Sharm el Sheikh, and Zanzibar bases. The carrier also plans to launch a European base in Summer 2025 where these aircraft will also be deployed.

The wet-lease agreement is with Fly2Sky (F6, Sofia), with which SkyUp MT already has a three-year contract for two A320-200s.
