Pioneer Ace Airlines (Tokyo Haneda) has received the tick of approval from the East Japan Civil Aviation Bureau, an arm of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, after passing an inspection of its transport control facilities, taking Pioneer one step closer to starting a passenger charter operation.
