Delivery delays have scuttled plans for six additional A320s at Pelita Air (IP, Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta) this year, with Commercial Director Asa Perkasa telling Jakarta’s Bisnis news outlet that the carrier is now expecting four.

“The [first] aircraft will arrive at the end of June,” he said. “The hope is that it can serve during school holidays. Three more will be delivered in the fourth quarter, so around October, November, December.” He says the delivery cuts are due to “limited supply from manufacturers.”…
