Apex Air (China) (XAI, Nantong) has been declared bankrupt by the Tongzhou District People’s Court of Nantong City following an application lodged in late December by 11 employees who are owed CNY664,142.48 yuan (USD91,800) in unpaid wages.

Court documents seen by ch-aviation show that law firm Jiangsu Qingxin was appointed administrator on December 27, 2023.
