Upstar Aviation has launched charter operations with Citation-series aircraft following the addition of a Citation XLS+, the company announced on social media.

The 11.6-year-old aircraft, PR-RCN (msn 560-6145), is configured for up to nine passengers and is based at Jundiaí. It has been privately operated in Brazil since new. The Citation XLS+ variant was added to Upstar Aviation’s RBAC 135 operations specifications on July 14.
