Airavat, a subsidiary of Dubai-based shipping outfit Transworld Group, and Fly Sirius (Delhi International), a joint venture between Transworld Group and Sirius India Airlines Pvt. Ltd., have rebranded as Transworld Jets.

The announcement was made in June 2 press release describing the rebrand as a move to align both companies with parent Transworld Group.
