FlyOnE Pty Ltd, trading as FlyOnE (Australia) (Perth Jandakot), has acquired Rottnest Air-Taxi (Perth Jandakot). The acquisition includes Rottnest’s air operator’s certificate (AOC) and fleet. In a March 10 media release, FlyOnE CEO Korum Ellis said the purchase marks a critical step in the company’s plans to expand and optimise air transport services.
